You probably think, the harder you work in business, the more you will
have...
More money,
more family time, more possessions, more fun.
BUT,
unless you systemise your business
thoroughly, you just end up with more stress and more time at work.
SYSTEMS
add value because you don’t have to be there to run the business... which means less work for you.
How can you
expand your business rapidly without using your own capital?
FRANCHISING
adds LEVERAGE by using systems to duplicate your operation many times.
WHY SYSTEMS?
Can you imagine asking someone to bake a cake for you without giving them a recipe?
Can you imagine sending a player onto the
field with no idea of the rules or the intended outcome of the game?
Can you imagine taking six months away from your business? What would happen?
In the first two cases, you would end up
with CHAOS.
The
answer in the third case
depends on how well your business is
systemised. It could be chaos or it could be running even better than
when you
left it.
For most small businesses,
a six day absence by the owner causes chaos, and six months spells disaster.
If
you feel that this may
be the case for you and your
business, (and if you're being honest with yourself, you will know!),
then Motivity Business
Systems has some answers for you.
Take advantage of our free
Motivity Business Evaluation to find out just how much easier business can be for you...
...and just
how much more valuable your business can become.
Take action now by completing
the enquiry form at the bottom of our website.
WHY FRANCHISE?
In conventional business, the way to leverage is to open more shops or offices or outlets, and manage
them all from one central office.
With good business systems, this is fairly easy to do. But
it requires a lot of
capital, management control and strong cashflow from the core business
to support it.
In franchising you utilise other people's capital
and resources to expand your brand.
Thus it is possible to expand your brand much more quickly than would
otherwise be possible.
The new franchise owners pay to open your new outlets, and their equity is in ownership of the
outlet.
There are many pros and cons to franchising, and not every business is ready
or suitable.
To
learn more we suggest that you contact us to arrange a preliminary
evaluation
of your business during
which we will explain more about it and answer all of your questions.
Your Motivity Business Evaluation is a F*R*E*E education service. Complete
the enquiry form below to arrange yours now.
The key is to practice continual improvement, and to think of (business) as a system,
not as bits and pieces.
Why on earth would you
want to Sack Yourself?
Well, how many reasons do you need?
1. You want to take a long overdue holiday for 3 months.
2. You want to take care of an ill or aging relative or friend.
3. Maybe you are forced to take a break due to your own illness or pregnancy.
4. You want more time to spend with your children before they leave the nest.
5. You want to be able to go home at 5pm rather than staying at work until 10pm each day.
6. You just know that you can't do it alone any longer.
7. Training and supervising your team is becoming too hard to manage.
8. You want to work ON your business instead of being stuck IN your business.
9. Your business has stopped growing because it is getting too big for you.
10. To take time off to travel around Australia in a Winnebago or to assist your favourite charity.
11. Your children or grand children are growing up without you.
How many more reasons can you think of right now?

Testimonials from some of our many delighted clients...
Hi Philip,
Thank you for sitting with
me and helping me clarify my ‘next steps.’
All
is going ahead well.
Website is nearing completion, team is coming
together, I’m booking speaking engagements (did XL power up last night)
and sent my business proposal off to EBS –
which was a process in itself.
I’ve
had loads of clarity
around the whole M.A.D. product since our
talks ... clearer now on how to achieve staying in my flow, how to create
income
and ways to leverage and attract partners.
Have an amazing week,
Arcadia

to make a difference with those who already are.'
Dear Philip
The three primary reasons I chose Motivity Business Systems were as follows: (not necessarily
in order of importance)
1.I felt
there was a niche market for the services we provide.
2.The
Business System itself. The benefit of having such a comprehensive
system in place I saw as being invaluable,
both in terms of time and money. Not having
to reinvent the wheel had a major influence on my decision.
3.The
fact
that you are both prepared to invest
considerable time and money in continually improving yourselves gave me
the confidence
that I was dealing with the right kind of
people.
I look forward to developing a successful business.
Sincerely,
DavidL. B.

"For
business owners the road to freedom starts with systemizing their
business so it works without them. Yet
when it comes to the specifics of systemizing
or franchising there are those who think they can do it alone. Then
there are
those who realize that you need a great team
including franchising specialists like Philip to help you. I had
the privilege
to work with Philip and I can say that he has
done it and can certainly help you as a hands-on specialist.” April
