Using keywords in your Domain Name
If you have not already got a Domain Name, then it's a good idea to devise and purchase a name that contains keywords appropriate to your market. If you are a diving equipment supplier, then you would look for available domain names such as skin-diving-equipment.com (plus .com.au, .tv, etc, depending on your geographic marketplace). Google likes relevance in a domain name and uses this as part of the process in deciding where your website will rank on the results page when someone searches for the term "skin diving equipment".
